GuitArduino is an ongoing hybrid instrument project that combines Arduino circuits with the physicality of a traditional guitar to create sounds in a new way. The strings, frets, and slide of the guitar all make up part of an electrical circuit which, when completed, produces a variety of additional sounds programmed via the Arduino, this integrating acoustic and electronic sound-making into one instrument.
