This is a performance of my original composition "Barcarolle" from shortly before my graduation from the Mannes School of Music, where I wrote this piece during my first semester. The piece is deeply personal and introspective, and represents for me a period of shattered confidence, uncertainty about my future, and gradually finding my footing in a new city.
